A formal contract will be issued before work commences, specifying scope, cost, timeline, materials, and payment terms. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if scope changes or unforeseen conditions arise (e.g. soil issues, permits).

4. Payment Terms

A deposit (e.g. 30% or an agreed amount) may be required before work begins. Remaining balance is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur interest or penalties as permitted by law.

5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete property information.

- Obtain necessary permissions or permits (unless agreed otherwise).

- Grant us access to property as needed.

- Clear the work area of obstructions or hazards.

6. Changes / Modifications
If you request changes to the agreed scope, we will provide a revised estimate. Additional costs or delays may apply.

7. Warranty & Liability

We warrant workmanship for a period of (e.g. 1 year) from completion, unless otherwise stated. This warranty does not cover damage from abuse, misuse, accidents, natural disasters, or alterations by others. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract in writing under certain conditions (e.g. material breach). In case of termination, you are responsible for paying for all work performed up to termination.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site (text, graphics, logos, designs) is our property or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use it without permission.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
